Middle School students play a game of ball in the gym

Hillsboro Middle School students got a well-deserved break from their usual routine yesterday afternoon during Incentive Day, a celebration for students who have met academic and behavioral expectations.

The half-day event offered a mix of games, activities, and movies, with middle school staff helping to facilitate the day's activities.

"Incentive Days are a way to recognize and reward students who consistently demonstrate responsibility and good behavior," said Michael Scheder, middle school interventionist. "It’s nice to see them recognizing the benefits of hard work."

Middle School Incentive Days continue to be a strong motivator for students to stay on track academically and personally.
