At the May 11, 2020 board meeting, the Hillsboro School Board will be having a public hearing to waive instructional hours requirements, the Civics Exam requirement for the Class of 2020 and Educator Effectiveness requirements due to the COVIC-19 school closure. Since this meeting will have limited in-person public participation, please send any comments or questions relating to these items or any other items on the agenda to Curt Bisarek (Superintendent) or Jason Oetzman (Board President) by 4:00pm on Monday, May 11. All you need is at least one device (not a Chromebook) and the GooseChase app. You will be working to complete missions and earn points for your team. For example, a mission could be snapping a picture with your pet or a video showcasing your talent. Please fill out the form so we can begin organizing the teams. You can sign up as an individual or with family members. You can also tell us if you prefer to be with people outside your family.
